Process

Five steps.
No mysteries.

Construction has a reputation for surprises. Our process exists to kill every one of them before it costs you money.

Step 01

Walk the lot

We stand on your land together — or walk your existing house room by room — and talk honestly about what's possible, what it costs, and what we'd do if it were our money. If we're not the right crew, we'll tell you who is.

Step 02

Draw it

Architecture, structural engineering, and selections happen up front, priced line by line. You approve real drawings with real numbers — the shovel doesn't move until the math works.

Step 03

Permit & prep

We run the permit gauntlet, line up the trades, and set the schedule. You'll know the sequence of work and who's showing up each week before demolition day.

Step 04

Build it

One project manager, one lead carpenter, photo updates you never have to ask for. Changes get priced before the work happens — never as a surprise on the invoice.

Step 05

Hand it over

Punch list, walkthrough, and a binder with every finish, fixture, and paint color. Then we answer the phone after move-in — because that's when trust actually gets tested.
